In summer, butter and various types of cheese are made according to old tradition in our "Stoankasern" Alpine pasture.
Some varieties have even received a gold medal at international cheese shows.

EDENLEHEN FARM with butchery

Our own agricultural production allows us to serve top-quality products.
Meat is made into sausages and smoked in our own hotel butchery.
In addition, our excellent milk products are also supplied by the Edenlehen Farm (silo free)!
